Liberating the minds from colonial servitude and subjugation in order to rebuild self-dignity, self appreciation, self-confidence and a constructive mental aptitude;
Liberating Africa's land from colonial intruders who took it by force, killing and raping thousands of our people. We cannot condemn colonialism and at the same time condone land theft which was at the core of colonial settlements in Africa;Liberating Africa's economy
from foreign exploiters by establishing African-owned economic and financial institutions including establishing a continental economic bloc and a single currency named the AFRO; and
Liberating Africa's social, cultural and political institutions. In so doing, people need to promote African unity, collective self-defense and social consciousness as a matter of necessity for their survival.
In the first part of this book, Mr. Kintu exposes facts from Africa's colonial past. He brings out the current state of affairs which is dominated by vicious economic exploitation, proxy wars which have taken millions of innocent lives, corruption, inept political leadership, hunger and bizarre diseases whose origins are barely understood by their victims, poverty, population extermination and calculated deceptive propaganda. Finally, Mr. Kintu navigates through extensive economic and financial institutions which are used by foreign exploiters to achieve their goals.
Mr. Kintu proposes how Africans can regain full control and ownership of their economies, lives and countries by establishing indigenous economic and financial institutions. This objective will be achieved through a comprehensive industrialization policy whereby Africa's resources are utilized by Africa's industries, instead of benefiting exclusively external economies. In addition to that, they need to articulate and defend their intrinsic interests and participate in the global community of nations as equal and respectable members of the human race. |
